Jens Erdman Rasmussen is Curator of Photography at The National Museum of Photography at The Royal Library in Copenhagen. He has studied photography, literature and communications in Paris, Prague and Copenhagen. Specific areas of interest include contemporary photography and video art with focus on the role of reality in artistic representation. Since the opening of The National Museum of Photography in 1999 he has curated and co-curated countless shows including "Short Stories", "Achtung! Kunst!" and "Songs from the Cold Seas", the latter currently on show at the Museum. Selected publications: (ed.)
