Biography: Stephen Mayes has worked in photography for 25 years in the areas of journalism (Network Photographers, Chair of World Press Photo competition and six years as Secretary of the same), art (SVP at eyestorm.com), commercial (SVP at Getty Images) and fashion (Director of Image Archive at Art + Commerce). Stephen regularly writes and broadcasts on the ethics and realities of photographic practice. He is currently Director of VII Photo in New York.
