Hi All,

Not sure if I'll be able to make the associated event but thought I'd share some tools I like regarding the theme 'beyond the slideshow':

*Prezi - it can be quite cumbersome at first but gives a different experience to that of a typical slideshow.
*SpicyNodes - very similar to the above although more of a mindmap.
*Diigo - If you create a list you can actually then view online resources in the form of a slideshow. It will also show any comments you've added to a particular webpage from your Diigo account etc. Not necessarily beyond the slideshow but much more interesting and people can visit your list afterwards.

Does anyone have some advice for me regarding multimedia presentation.
For my new project I am looking into this form of presentation. Would like to combine, photo s film sound into one feature, do like the style of Magnums in Motion Acces To Life. Are there any companies/people/editors/etc that anyone could recommend to contact. Any idea what the costs would be for an 10 min item?
